We all suffer the effects of stress and anxiety to a greater or lesser extent at different times of our lives.  

Your sleep can be disturbed, your appetite and concentration can be diminished and your general mood and ability to cope with life can be negatively impacted.  

It's well recognised that Yoga can help you to reduce the effects of stress and anxiety, but what are the specific aspects that benefit you the most?

I will help you learn and practice a comprehensive variety of therapeutic, evidence based Yogic techniques to treat your anxiety/stress, specific to your needs, whether you consider it to be intermittent, a chronic condition, perimenopause or a specific anxiety disorder.  

This Yoga therapy course bridges the worlds of Yoga, mindfulness and neuroscience to help you develop resilience and manage your specific symptoms of stress and anxiety.   

6 WEEK COURSE - £300

Includes -

  • FREE 1 hour, no obligation, taster session.

  • 6 x 75 minute 1:1 sessions (Zoom or face to face in Glasgow Southside)

  • Membership to VB Yoga Hub digital library for duration of course.

Bespoke Privates

Yoga can be practised over a wide range of physical intensity. I work at a level best suited to you. I will put together a bespoke course of Yoga sessions specific to your physical and mental objectives and your body's capabilities.

Price is based on upfront payment in a block of 4, one hour sessions.

Block of 4 x 1 hour sessions = £160

Includes -

  • FREE 1 hour, no obligation, taster session.

  • 4 x 60 minute 1:1 sessions (Zoom or face to face in Glasgow Southside)

  • Membership to VB Yoga Hub digital library for duration of block.
