Mindfulness of mental processes can be more challenging than mindfulness of breath and body. For the anxious mind simply sitting and being mindful of the mind can be very difficult so I recommend using this mindful walking practice.

This awareness reduces our attachment to the content of the thinking and highlights the fact that it is the form of thinking that is causing an emotional response.
