'It's not what you do it's the way that you do it', relates perfectly to Yoga for stress and anxiety. It's not so much about what Yoga postures you do but the way apply them within your practice that makes the difference in either lifting or lowering the stress response. Having said that, there are certain postures that definitely do have a stimulating or relaxing response within the body. We can then apply this knowledge to either down regulate or build resilience to stress and anxiety.
